Refund policy

If you would like to return an item you purchased from EOSBLOOM, we are happy to accept all returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including the complimentary Pocket of Prosperity pouch.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition
    • We will check for signs of wear or damage
  • Returns must include all original packaging (tags, box, and Pocket of Prosperity)
  • Returned within 30 days of purchase

Quality Promise

We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products.

Our Quality Promise is designed to address any concerns regarding the condition and performance of your jewelry.

For defective items, we will address these concerns through our Quality Promise policy. This policy ensures that if a product does not perform as intended, we will work with you to make it right.

Typically, we will issue a gift card refund for qualifying items, subject to the following conditions:

  • All Quality Promise claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Proof of purchase is required to initiate a claim.
  • Items affected by ordinary wear and tear, misuse, or accidents are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Exchange Policy

Eosbloom is not responsible for items that may be lost or damaged during return shipment.

Your account will be credited within 15 days of Crowned receiving your item.

If you need to exchange your purchase, please contact us to initiate an exchange.
